The business operates in two segments.
EGL Products
EGL Products incorporates the operations
supplying design, construct and install services to industry,
includes air pollution control and gas cleaning.
Air Pollution Products
In
the 2007/08 financial year the Air Group acquired TAPC
(Total Air Pollution Control Pty Limited) business unit. TAPC‘s
focus is the removal of particulates from air emissions.
EGL now provide a full suite of air pollution services to
industry covering the removal of both gaseous and particulate

Gas Cleaning Products
The Environmental Group has been designing
and building gas cleaning systems for industrial applications
in Australia for over 30 years. We specialise in absorption
and adsorption, dust and particulate capture, mist elimination
and specialist catalytic reduction and thermal oxidation
destruction systems. Our breadth of technologies, resource
base and depth of experience are un-matched in Australia.
EGL Facility Services
Our facilities services segment focuses on
providing maintenance services to existing facilities in
the Mining, Industrial, and Commercial sectors.
Mining Services
Mine Assist provides a range of services to the Hunter Valley
and Bowen Basin mining regions including the provision of
water pumping, the laying of high diameter poly piping for
water transport, and specialist cleaning services for large

Asset Management Services
Asset Management Services operates
and maintains a number of water, waste water and gas processing
facilities for municipalities and industrial clients. This
division currently operates the Redcliffe and Wodonga waste
water treatment plants servicing the wastewater
needs of more than 200,000 Australians, Clarence Water
Treatment Plant and Bluescope Steels FGD plant. Products
also provided by this division include pressure sewer ancillary
items, which include boundary kits and flushing points.
